A Simple Reminder..

In the moments when you forget who you are; 

In the moments when you loose yourself; 

In the moments when you're overwhelmed and overloaded; 

In the moments when you're stressed, tired, and can't handle anything else; 

In the moments when you feel like there is so much turbulence;

Remember this ... 


YOU are loved.

YOU are enough exactly the way you are in this very moment. 

YOU are seen.

YOU are supported. 

YOU are pure magic. 

YOU are infinite light. 

YOU are a divine spark of creation. 

YOU are love. 


Take 3 deep nourishing breaths in though the nose and out through the mouth. 

Pause.
SMILE. 

Place your hands on your heart, send SO MUCH LOVE to YOURSELF. 

YOU ARE DOING AN AMAZING JOB. 

YOU GOT THIS. 

Affirm - I LOVE MYSELF. I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF. I TRUST MYSELF. I HONOR MYSELF. I BELEIVE IN MYSELF.
